The Woodlands Christian Academy quarterback Troy Williams left the game in the third quarter with a leg injury in the Warriors’ 35-18 setback against Katy Faith West in a TAPPS Division IV District 4 game Friday night at Warrior Stadium.
Williams, who ran for 141 yards on 14 carries and threw a touchdown pass, was taken to the hospital for X-rays.
The Warriors got a five-yard scoring pass from Williams to Jordan Bruce, a five-yard run by Cody Grimes and a three-yard run by Kyler Ferris for scores in the contest.
TWCA fell to 5-2 overall and 1-1 in the league, while Katy Faith West is 6-1 and 3-0.
