San Jac hiring adjunct faculty
San Jacinto College will host a job fair for adjunct faculty on Saturday, April 25, 2009 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Central campus.
The job fair will provide prospective part-time faculty members the chance to learn about teaching opportunities at each of the three San Jacinto College campuses, and to initiate and complete related documentation of teaching qualifications. Class scheduling is flexible with classes beginning as early as 7 a.m., and as late as 7 p.m., as well as on weekends. Online classes may also be available.
The job fair will take place at the San Jacinto College Central campus Interactive Learning Center, located at 8060 Spencer Highway in Pasadena. Interested persons can submit online applications at jobs.sjcd.edu. Assistance with the online application process will be available at the job fair. Dress for the event is casual, and applicants who attend the job fair are encouraged to bring paper copies of their résumé and transcripts (if available).
