SL Police search for suspects in aggravated robbery of McDonald’s

Sugar Land police are searching for four suspects in a recent aggravated robbery of a local McDonald’s.

Police responded on Jan. 11 at 9:50 p.m. to a call of a reported aggravated robbery at the McDonald’s, located at 3401 Highway 6.

According to the police report, witnesses said three to four black men, wearing bandanas over their faces, entered the fast food restaurant and displayed weapons.

One of the suspects, armed with a small silver revolver, carried a bright red aluminum softball bat and was described as 5-feet, 5-inches tall, with a slim build, wearing dark baggy shorts, a dark top, dark baseball cap and a red, western-style bandana around his lower face.

Another man, carrying a bright red aluminum softball bat, was described as 5-feet, 5-inches to 5-feet, 6-inches tall; with a medium build, wearing dark baggy shorts, a dark pullover top and black bandana.

The third suspect, armed with a black pistol, was described as a 5- feet, 10-inches to 6-feet tall; with a heavy build. He was wearing long baggy shorts, a dark top and a black bandana during the robbery.

The suspects in the aggravated robbery took an undetermined amount of cash from the store safe and several customers.

No injuries were reported.
