This fitness class is done on a treadmill and includes challenging power mixes, treadmill hill climbing, speed intervals and unique strength moves to get people’s legs ready for summer shorts season. This program will help participants burn fat, boost cardio and lose weight.
Classes meet three times per week for three exciting weeks. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Feb. 2-20. A beginner level is offered from noon-12:45 p.m. The advanced level is 1-2 p.m. The cost for the nine classes is $140 for beginners and $180 for advanced. Non-members are welcome for $230/$270.
