District 5 (Northwest County)

A deputy responded to the 19300 block of Texas 105 West Dec. 17 in reference to a forgery call. It was determined that someone passed a fake $5 bill. The case was forwarded to detectives.

A deputy responded to the 16900 block of West Hammon Dec. 16 in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. A camera and cell phone were stolen from the vehicle. The vehicle was unsecured during the timeframe the offense was committed. The case was forwarded to detectives.

A deputy responded to the 2100 block of Old Dobbin Dec. 16 in reference to a criminal mischief call. The complainant found one of her horses lame and discovered that it had been shot. Several shell casings were recovered at the scene. The horse had to be put down, and several bullets also were recovered. The case was forwarded to detectives.


A deputy responded to the 19300 Block of Texas 105 W. Dec. 19 in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. A camera and a Garmin GPS system were taken from the vehicle. Forced entry was made in the driver’s-side door to gain access to the vehicle. The case was forwarded to detectives.

A deputy responded to the 14600 block of Texas 105 Dec. 19 to assist two detectives who were trying to take custody of a wanted juvenile. The juvenile was arrested on a warrant and several pills in her possession. Possession of controlled substance was added, and the juvenile was taken to Conroe Juvenile Center.

A sergeant responded to the 19200 block of Mary Lane Dec. 20 for a theft call. The complainant stated that $125 was stolen from his wallet. The case was forwarded to detectives.

A deputy responded to the 3000 block of Hemingway Dec. 21 in reference to a burglary of a habitation call. A gun and a Playstation were stolen from the residence. The case was forwarded to detectives.

A deputy responded to the 900 block of F.M 1486 South Dec. 19 in reference to a burglary of a building. Someone pulled the siding down on the side of the building and entered, then removed items from a CD Jukebox. The case was forwarded to detectives.
