civic The Houston Area Women’s Center has named attorney Shawn Raymond as its board chairman for the next two years. He has been on the panel since 2005. New board member are Mary E. Ainslie, Sandra Ramirez Alutman, Geonor Kendrick Boykins, Rebecca Aizpuru Huddle, Carrie G. Potter, Kay Henze and Elaine Williams.
