Holiday car show slated Dec. 6

BamBam Thomas and the Lit-A-BBet-A Class classic car restoration shop in Magnolia are kicking boring fundraiser events in the pants with the first annual Hot Rod Holiday Classic Car Show. This event is slated to deliver color, class, cool stuff, cars and more From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6, at the corner of Commerce Street and FM 1488 in Magnolia.
All proceeds from the show will go to the Society of Samaritans, a Magnolia area charity that helps families in need throughout the year and especially during the holidays.
In all, nine trophies will be awarded for first, second and third place in the Classic and Hot Rods categories along with Best Bike, Best Truck and Best Overall. All entries will receive a free T-shirt and goody bag. Food and drinks will be available at the show and karoke will be on tap for everyone. For the kids and the young-at-heart Santa Claus will pay a visit.
