Hempstead High School took time during the month of October to participate in Breast Cancer Awareness Month. HHS went pink the week of October 27-31 in support of those who are fighting the battle, those who have won the battle, and those who have lost the battle to breast cancer.
Tuesday was “Sock It to Breast Cancer!” day and everyone wore pink socks, even Coach Ricky Sargent.
