Ogdahl received a sentence of six years of probation that would end January 16, 2013, for a charge of indecency with a child by sexual contact. He had inappropriately touched a 14-year-old girl at a private residence in the 400 block of Herman Street in Humble on or about Nov. 3, 2006.

The Texas Department of Public Safety shows a local restaurant, as of Oct. 23, as Ogdahl’s last known place of employment.

Public records show that Ogdahl has previously been convicted of possession of marijuana and theft of property. According to Texas DPS records, Ogdahls is considered to be at high risk of re-offending.

Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to Ogdahl’s arrest. Callers are urged to call 713-222-TIPS with any information, or to send a tip online at www.crime-stoppers.org. All callers remain anonymous.
