Donation helps elementary students mark time
League City Elementary students now have extra help with their reading homework. They recently received some special bookmarks from the League City Rotary Club.
The bookmarks contain timers which will help students count how many minutes they spend reading each night.
Principal Carla Massa was thrilled with the donation. “It’s important we do as much as we can to encourage our students to read every night. The Rotary Club’s donation is very much appreciated as it will make our students more successful.”
