A Fort Bend County area home became the site of a weekend drug bust according to HCN news affiliate KTRK Channel 13.
Fort Bend County investigators conducted a raid on Oct. 31 at a home on Mammoth Springs after several weeks of surveillance according to the news report.
Six people were arrested on marijuana charges at the home and a seventh person was arrested at another home in the neighborhood.
According to the Channel 13 news report, deputies had received calls from neighbors in the area regarding suspicious activity surrounding the home which led to the surveillance operation.
The women taken into custody by sheriff deputies were exotic dancers, according to Fort Bend County deputies.
According to investigators the suspects said they were operating a modeling business.
