Does the IRS owe you money?

The Internal Revenue Service is looking for Texas taxpayers who are missing more than 30,700 economic stimulus checks totaling more than $19 million and more than 9,000 regular refund checks totaling more than $8 million that were returned by the U.S. Postal Service due to mailing address errors.
