Cleveland man charged with sexual assault of a child

Both times the child gave the exact statement, which showed the police that without a doubt the assult took place, if they did not have enough evidence to issue a warrant there wouldn't have been one, which in turn resulted in the 750,000 bond being set. Also the mother is not crazy. Was you there? Well I was during this process. "

Regardless of what the courts say at his trial, they should withhold his picture until he is found guilty. If he is found to be innocent then this kind of exposure could not only ruin his life, but it could also have a knock-on effect on the child.

" There is a difference between making a statement, which the Mother did, and being involed in an interview, which the child did. Yes there needs to be a lot of Pray and love sent to the victim in this case. "

" To my knowledge, aren't interviews carried out on ALL significant people relevant to the situation. In this case, since the mother was the person who alerted the police, she would have been among the first to have been interviewed to confirm what exactly happened (not doing so would be a very poor choice and would leave any findings otherwise open to scrutiny and speculation).

Wouldn't the child have required a parent or guardian at the interview anyway? (I thought that was a legal requirement) In which case, the mother should have been present and thus open to questioning. "

" I don't have all the facts , neither does the police, the papers are any of these readers. It makes me sick that people are so fast to post negative. and harmful information about people without all the facts and truth. Not one great article did I read about hero's during the hurricaine, not one positive story about people helping others. This guy is probably guilty if the judges thought the facts were there. Who knows ? None of us yet. I hope this is not another false and misleading story like the KING story. I heard the DNA was not even that boys and he was plastered all over the newspapers. " Have to say I don't think the papers should have posted his photo untill it was a 100% proven facted that he did it. if he hasn't then this will have destroied this mans life & also the life of his family.. as he will forever now be known as the man that sexual assault a child , there are so many men & women out there that have not in anyway sexual assault a child but have been accssed of these things only for it to come to light that they haven't and by then it is to late . because they have had their names and photos in the press, and then they are made a target of hate and violence by some people that belive everything they read..and it has also in some cases it has also lead to some being murderd. I am in no way saying this person didn't do it ( I don't know I, as others was not there) but I hope if he did then he will see the pain that he has & will put those around him though, and if he didn't then I also hope those around him will see what this has done to him..
