Cleveland man charged with sexual assault of a child

| Ross Tullos |
By VANESA BRASHIER
The warrant for his arrest was issued on Monday following an investigation that started last Wednesday, October 1.
The victim is said to be a relative of Tullos.
“The child made an outcry to her mother, so we investigated with Bridgehaven Children’s Advocacy Center, and we had enough information to issue a warrant,” said Investigator Michelle Watson with the LCSO.
Watson said that a protective order had been issued against Tullos during his divorce, but that he had since remarried.
At Tullos’ arraignment, Pct. 1 Justice of the Peace set a bond of $750,000. Tullos is being held at the Liberty County Jail.

'is said to be a reletive of Tullos'? If this is a fully accurate report then surely every fact should be confirmed 100% with the highest of confidence (it can't be that hard to find out who someone is related to, can it?). "

We know the age, sex and identity of the victim, but we don't publish that information because it causes needless damage to the child. "

Wouldn't the child have required a parent or guardian at the interview anyway? (I thought that was a legal requirement) In which case, the mother should have been present and thus open to questioning. "
