Police are looking for two men in connection with a kidnapping and sexual assault on a 20-year-old Pasadena woman around 1:40 a.m., Sept. 25.

According to Pasadena Police, the young woman arrived at an apartment complex at 519 Richey St. in Pasadena, where a relative lives. She was about to get her two children out of the car when she was approached by a man who struck up a conversation with her. The man then forced her into a white, extended cab pickup that was driven by another male.

Her children were left alone in the car of the apartment’s parking lot.

The woman was driven to the North Channel area, near 10200 East Freeway and Mercury Drive and was sexually assaulted en-route by both suspects, police said.

After being attacked, the woman was pushed from the truck. She ran to a local hotel where she was able to find a Texas Department of Public Safety officer, who helped her get in touch with the Houston Police Department.

Investigators say the woman suffered a laceration to the forehead and multiple bruises to the face and neck.

Pasadena Police were alerted about the crime and dispatched officers to the Richey Street apartments where the children were found safe.

The first suspect who approached the woman is described as a white man in his mid-30s, about 5-feet-10-inches tall, with a goatee. He was wearing a white T-shirt, dark blue pants similar to the “Dickies” brand trousers.

The second suspect, who was driving the truck, is described as a black man in his mid-20s with a military-style haircut, and of medium height and build.

The suspects’ vehicle is a white, mid to late 1990s model Chevrolet extended cab pickup. It has a black or dark colored right front quarter panel. The truck also had a dirty interior and contained a variety of equipment and tools.

Anyone having information as to the identity or whereabouts of the suspects or vehicle is asked to call the Pasadena Police Department at 713-477-1221 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
