Little cars trump real traffic
The only cars on the Westpark overpass on Saturday will be participants in the Greater Houston Soap Box Derby’s 2008 NDR Fall Classic.
All divisions will compete in races that begin at 9 a.m. and spectators are welcome.
To accommodate the event, Westpark Drive between Newcastle and Weslayan streets will be closed from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On-line registration closed Oct. 7 for Stock, Super Stock, Masters and Super Kids divisions of competition.
