U.S. Army Corps opens blue roof sign-up centers

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has set up Operation Blue Roof sign-up centers in Liberty and Montgomery counties. The processing locations allow residents affected by Hurricane Ike to fill out Right of Entry (ROE) forms, which allow the Corps’ temporary roofing specialists to enter private property.
