KSA celebrates National Night Out

By OBSERVER STAFF REPORTS
Updated: 10.02.08
The Kingwood Service Association Public Safety Committee invites Kingwood residents to come and join their neighbors for a National Night Out celebration at Alspaugh’s Ace Hardware at 2720 West Lake Houston Parkway Oct. 7 from 6-9 p.m.

Entertainment will be provided by Mark Linabury of Kingwood Now and food will be provided by

Texas Roadhouse. Representatives from the Houston Police Department, the Houston Fire Department and 911 will be attending.

National Night Out is an event designed to strengthen our communities by encouraging neighborhoods to engage in stronger relationships with each other and with their local law enforcement partners.

The goal is to heighten crime-prevention awareness, build support and participation in

anti-crime programs and most importantly, send a message that our neighborhoods are organized

and fighting back. It is also the perfect opportunity to get to know your neighbors even better.
