Newton Randall Chapman, 68, passed away September 26, 2008 in Pasadena, TX. He was born February 18, 1940 in Salem, Illinois to the late Newton and Hazel Chapman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, loving wife Gwen, son James Chapman, brother, Bob Chapman and sister Delores Chapman.
Newton is survived by his daughters, Debra Tracey and husband Jeff, Terry Sabo and husband John, Pamela Alston and husband Daryl, Brenda Anderson; son, DeWayne Chapman and wife Anita; sisters, Sonnie McDonald and husband Bill, Judy Childers and husband Gene; brother, Lindell Chapman and wife Ann; 10 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and a host of other family members and friends.
Services celebrating Newton’s life were held in the Chapel of Grand View Funeral Home on Monday, September 29, 2008 at 12:30 PM.
