Texas Star hosting annual fall dance clinic

The Magnolia High School Texas Star Dance Team will host its annual fall dance clinic Saturday, Oct. 11.
Open to girls in pre-kindergarten through the fifth grade, those who participate will be invited to perform in the victory line at the high school’s homecoming game along side the Texas Star Dance Team.
The theme of this year’s clinic is “Catch The Spirit.”
“We would like to invite all interested to come and participate in a day of fun with the dance team,” said Rachael Dickson, Texas Star Dance Team’s director.
Pre-Registration for the clinic is going on now and will continue through Friday, Oct. 3. Registration forms are available at Magnolia Independent School District elementary schools and on the district’s web site at www.magnoliatexasstar.com. Send registration forms via postal mail to: Rachael Dickson, Magnolia High School, P.O. Box 428, Magnolia, TX 77353 or drop it at the front desk of MHS to be placed in Dickson’s school box.
The pre-registration price is $35 and includes a T-shirt. Participants may also register after Saturday, Oct. 4 through the morning of the clinic at 8 a.m. at the front of MHS in the commons area.
