Important Evacuation Information for Hurricane Ike

 With Ike approaching, Houston residents should ensure they are prepared.  A recent poll by Allstate revealed nearly half (48%) of Houston residents say they have no advance plan for a possible hurricane evacuation.  Another 39 percent said they would not evacuate and just stay home if a major hurricane was heading for the Texas Gulf Coast because of concerns over massive traffic, looting, and a belief they’d be safe at home.
