First Colony Mall accept donations for hurricane victims

Updated: 09.05.08
First Colony Mall and other Houston-area shopping centers are teaming up with the American Red Cross to help raise money to assist victims of recent hurricanes.

First Colony, Baybrook, The Woodlands and Willowbrook malls, owned by General Growth Properties, encourage shoppers to make online donations through mall websites or via the Red Cross by calling 800-HELP-NOW.

Donations will not be accepted at the mall.

Collected funds will enable the Red Cross to provide shelter, food, counseling and other assistance to victims of this year's hurricanes, including Hurricane Gustav.
