Houston Express U-12 teams win divisional titles


The two Houston Express under-12-years-old Boys Academy teams ran the table on opponents at the Texas Friendlies tournament Aug. 23-24 at Meyer Park in Spring. The Express '97 Navy squad outscored its three opponents, 18-0, to secure its divisional title. The Express '97 White squad limited opponents to three goals, while finishing with two wins and a tie to clinch its divisional title. Houston Express '97 White team members are (front) Nash Haydon, Jerald Barbe, Ben Bieser, Jack Brady, Moises Mendoza; (back) Flavio (trainer), Benjamin Capula, Peter Hawkins, Santiago Henning, Jacob Ruiz, Zachary DuCharme and coach John Bieser.
