Hungry? Vintage Park is gearing up to offer a selection that will satisfy any craving.

In addition to several restaurants already on site, Interfin Companies LP recently signed leases to bring CoCo’s Crepes & Coffee, Trio Steakhouse and the FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Cafe to the center.

Director of Retail Management for the Vintage Melissa Goedde said the restaurants are an important component to the center because they set the tone, generate excitement and give people a reason to come out. The restaurants, Goedde said, also excite other retailers because they see the traffic generated.

Total there 11 and a possible 12 dining venues, but the center has the capacity and plans to add a few more in the future.

CoCo’s Crepes & Coffee features an array of crepes with European-inspired fillings, along with a wide selection of coffees, teas, soups, salads, paninis, gelato, smoothies and desserts.

Trio will offer a casual and elegant atmosphere for lunch, dinner and late-night dining. CoCo’s and Trio are part of the Bella Restaurants Group, which also includes Vintage Park restaurant Mia Bella.

FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt is a simple dessert concept by Beautiful Brands, developers of Camille’s Sidewalk Cafe. FreshBerry features all-natural fresh frozen yogurt, smoothies and fruit pops.

“We selected Vintage Park as its first location in the north Houston area because we believe Vintage Park and FreshBerry offer similar appeal to the same target markets,” said Vanessa Kellough, co-owner of the FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Cafe.

Next month, Fish City Grill plans to open the second week in Sept followed by Brix Wine Cellars Shogun Japanese and Sushi and Pizza Fusion in October. Trio Steakhouse and Bar and Coco’s Crepes will be open the first part of next year.

“We have fast casual, something for the health conscious, sushi and for people who just want to kick back and relax in a low key and adult environment, we have a fantastic wine bar opening up,” Goedde said. “So there is truly something for everyone.”

Vintage Park’s grand opening kicks off Sat. Oct. 4 and will continue every Saturday during the month from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information on Vintage Park visit www.vintageparkhouston.com.
