Baytown CEO charged in second theft case

JOSH HARDWICK CEO of both U.S. Sustainable Energy Corp. and its marketing arm, Sustainable Power Corp., Rivera, 59, was arrested by Harris County Sheriff’s deputies Aug. 18 at his Baytown facility on charges of theft.
