Burglary of vehicles: On July 31 a Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department District 4 deputy was dispatched to Deepwood for a burglary report. The deputy met with the complainant who stated that sometime between 5:30 p.m. on July 30 and 8 a.m. on July 31 someone had entered his work truck, owned by Tex-Dot, and stolen a Nikon Digital Camera and a Razor cell phone. Total cost to replace the stolen items estimated at $500. Case was referred to detectives.
