Christ Church United Methodist Hosts Financial Peace University

Updated: 08.13.08
The Woodlands, TX- Financial Peace University, a program which teaches individuals and couples how to live a debt-free life, will be offered by Christ Church United Methodist, in The Woodlands, beginning this September. The 13-week program will be held on Sunday and Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm and is open to the public. The course materials are $100, and childcare is provided. The popular program, created by syndicated radio and Fox Business Channel’s Dave Ramsey, offers a Christian-based method of losing debt and building wealth. This course has enjoyed substantial success nationwide. “We are excited to be offering this program to our community, as it gives individuals and couples who are struggling with debt a solid method of getting rid of their financial burdens, and then gives them a firm foundation for building for their future”, stated Dr. Dan Hannon, Senior Pastor. “And since the program is based on Biblical principles, it makes it more rewarding for those who benefit from the experience.”

The church campus is located at 6363 Research Forest Drive. For more information or to sign up for Financial Peace University, call the church office at 936.273 x238, or visit the website at www.cc-um.org.
