Magnolia Area Police Blotter For the Week of Aug. 17

Disturbance:

• One July 30 a Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department District 4 deputy was dispatched to S. Creek Street in Magnolia regarding a disturbance. The deputy met with the complainant who advised that the suspect had entered the unlocked front door, attacked him, damaged some furniture and broke several panes in the 4’x6’ window. Total estimate of damages is $300. The deputy took statements, photos, and issued a case number. This case will be referred to detectives.
