Chamber selling raffle tickets
The Deer Park Chamber of Commerce is currently selling tickets for its annual fundraiser raffle.
If you’ve driven by the chamber office, you may have noticed a couple of brand new vehicles parked in front. Those are representative vehicles of what could be won with a winning $100 raffle ticket.
Only 400 of the tickets will be sold. The drawing will be made at the Community Golf Tournament to be held Friday, Sept. 19, at Battleground Golf Course.
The winner will get a choice of a Ford Mustang, Ford Fusion SEL four-door or Ford F150 XLT four-door crew cab pickup. The approximate value of the vehicle is $28,000.
Raffle tickets are on sale now and will continue to be sold until they are all gone or up to the golf tournament, whichever comes first.
For more information, contact the chamber at 281-479-1559, stop by the chamber office at 110 Center St. or visit the Internet at www.deerpark.org.
